How to rent from Rosewood Property Management LLC

First: Browse our available units by viewing photos online; then if you are in the area drive by; and finally to see what it takes to qualify download & view the screening guidelines and application below; call if you have questions.
Then: If the unit shows on our site as being move in ready; dowloand, print, & complete an application for each person 18 & older. Email or drop off the 3 page application ONLY for pre-screening. There is no fee for the pre-screening. This is not considered an application approval.
And finally: Once your application is pre-screened we will call you for an appointment to view the property. Please attend your showing appointment prepared with all required supporting documents. Move in is expected within 48 hours of approval.

2) Please attend your showing with the following:
Completed application(s)
Paystubs equal to 1 month's pay period for employment verification if you have been the current job for 1 year
If not, you may be required to bring taxes or bank statements
US state issued photo id
Social security card - no copies - no substitutes - must be signed
Screening fee of $40 per person 18 & older, cash/money order/cashiers check only/NO PERSONAL CHECKS
