First: Browse our available units by viewing photos online; then if you are in the area drive by; and finally to see what it takes to qualify download & view the screening guidelines and application below; call if you have questions. Then:  If the unit shows on our site as being move in ready; dowloand, print, & complete an application for each person 18 & older. Email or drop off the 3 page application ONLY for pre-screening. There is no fee for the pre-screening. This is not considered an application approval. And finally: Once your application is pre-screened we will call you for an appointment to view the property. Please attend your showing appointment prepared with all required supporting documents.
